1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LanceFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the platform.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account on LanceFlow, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your workspace.

3. Client Portal Access

Freelancers can invite third-party clients to view projects, collaborate, and access invoices through the LanceFlow Client Portal. Freelancers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate rights to share materials uploaded to the platform.

4. Invoicing and Payments

LanceFlow provides tools to generate invoices, track payment milestones, and record settlements. LanceFlow does not act as a bank or custodial escrow service; transactions between freelancers and clients are governed by their respective bilateral contracts.

5. Limitation of Liability

LanceFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall LanceFlow or its team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
