At LanceFlow, we take freelancer data confidentiality with the utmost seriousness. We never sell your personal information, client records, project files, or financial details to third parties or advertising networks.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information strictly necessary to provide the LanceFlow operating system services:

• Account Info: Your name, email address, password hash, and workspace branding.
• Freelance Workspace Data: Clients, projects, tasks, invoices, milestones, notes, and messages created within your account.
• Technical Data: Browser type, IP address, and session timestamps used for security audits and fraud prevention.

3. Strict Client vs Private Data Isolation

LanceFlow enforces cryptographic and logical tenant separation. Information designated as private (such as internal task notes, freelancer rates, and draft memos) is never exposed to client portal sessions unless explicitly marked as visible to the client.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may export or delete your workspace, invoices, and clients at any time directly through your account settings or by contacting our data protection officer at privacy@lanceflow.pro.

5. Security Standards

All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Database storage is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
